Heartbeat Studio LLC (“Heartbeat,” “we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information We Collect
- Contact info: name, email, phone (when you join our waitlist, reserve a spot, or create an account)
- Payment info: processed securely through Stripe — we don’t store your full card details
- Health info you choose to share during a Body Blueprint Assessment or Reiki session, used only to personalize your plan and keep you safe in class
- Standard website usage data (browser type, pages visited)
2. How We Use It
- To process your deposit, waitlist signup, or membership
- To communicate about your reservation, classes, and studio updates
- To send marketing emails via Flodesk (unsubscribe any time)
- To personalize your Body Blueprint plan and class experience
- To manage scheduling and billing through Vagaro
3. Who We Share It With
Only the providers that help us operate: Stripe (payments), Vagaro (scheduling/membership), Flodesk (email marketing). We do not sell your personal information.
4. Health Information
Heartbeat Studio is a wellness studio, not a medical provider, and isn’t subject to HIPAA. We still treat anything you share with us as confidential and use it only to inform your plan.
5. Data Security
We rely on Stripe, Vagaro, and Flodesk’s own security standards for the data they process for us, and take reasonable steps on our end. No online system is 100% secure.
6. Your Choices
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails any time via the link in any email.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting brittani@heartbeathappyvalley.com.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our services are for adults 18+. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy — the effective date above reflects the latest revision.
